Getting The Most From PaperThin Professional Services
A PaperThin customer since 2013, NorthBay Healthcare opened its first hospital in 1960 and remains the only locally based, locally managed nonprofit healthcare organization in Solano County California. CommonSpot partnered with NorthBay's IT and Marketing teams to implement their new responsively designed site.
NorthBay Healthcare is a large multi-facility health care system in Solano County California. For years Northbay had utilized an alternative CMS system, but were not happy with its flexibility and the ability to allow non-technical uses to easily contribute to the website. As part of a redesign process to update the site’s look and feel and provide new functionality, Northbay chose CommonSpot for its rich web content management feature set and engaged PaperThin’s professional services team to provide both creative design and implementation services. In working with an internal resource at Northbay, the Professional Service team performed a comprehensive Discovery & Analysis to understand Northbay’s extensive functional requirements, internal system integrations and requirements for their new design. PaperThin engaged a partner to provide design services and work alongside Northbay’s to develop a working HTML prototype of the new mobile friendly responsively designed site. PaperThin did the entire site implementation.
Features of the new site include:

The project consisted of approximately 900 hours of work which included Discovery & Analysis, Design, HTML prototyping, Site Implementation, Project Management, Training, Server Configuration, Quality Assurance, and Documentation services.
